Eileen relies on a professional to keep her in shape. "I tell you that it has not been easy, because I have little time to train, but when I see results I am filled with the desire to continue!!! I have been training under the direction of @juliepauliner with his challenges!" she revealed in an Instagram post. 

Eileen maintains that exercising fuels healthy eating. "It helps me in eating!!! That this is essential!!!! Sometimes we believe that not eating is the best (I lived from diet to diet) and we are wrong now I eat much more in a healthy way and I feel a thousand times better," she wrote in the same post.n

Eileen loves soaking in hot water, either in a bath or hot tub, like she is in this phot. "With a landscape like this I don't have a favorite photo!!" she captioned it. "Every day I eat very well. I eat a lot and try to make up for it by exercising and playing sports. I also try to balance my diet. For example, if I eat a lot at lunch, I try to eat a little less at dinner. But I never go without food, no matter what my weight is," Eileen told G1 about her diet. "I always ate a lot and still managed to win the Miss Colombia pageant."
