Esmeralda Ugalde Shares Swimsuit Photo From "Paradise"
Esmeralda Ugalde is heating up the tropics in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Mexican actress shows off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit. "Selfie in a paradise," she captioned the Instagram photo. "Splendid beauty," commented a follower. "Body," added another. How does the star maintain her fit physique? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.
Esmeralda takes care of herself from the inside out with some great mental health habits. "Train your mind (books, meditations, affirmations, documentaries, courses, etc)…" she suggested to her followers in an Instagram post.
Another one of her top tips? "Train your body," she says. One of her go-to workouts is yoga. According to the American Osteopathic Association, there are more than 100 different types, or schools, of yoga. Most practices include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures (sometimes called asana or poses) that stretch and flex various muscle groups."The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome," Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California, explained to them. "Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia."

Esmeralda also loves hiking and "outdoor walking," she revealed in the post. "Always surrounded by nature, that's how I want to be!" According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
In the same post Esmeralda added that she loves cycling. "Keep moving," she suggested. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Esmeralda is also into equestrian sports. "Here's something I love and I learned it very well at the ranch 😜🐎Magic: Handling high school horses," she captioned a post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
