Lando Norris' Ex Luisinha Barosa Oliveira Shares Swimsuit Photo
Luisinha Barosa Oliveira is showing her ex-boyfriend, Lando Norris, what he is missing – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model shows off her assets in a bathing suit while hitting the beach in Los Roques Venezuela. "Definition of crystal clear," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Stunning," commented one of her followers. "So pretty," added another. How does she keep herself fit and healthy? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
Luisinha loves walking. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Luisinha spends a lot of time soaking in the tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Luisinha snorkels when on vacation. "Forever grateful to @efportugal and @efhonolulu for creating lifetime experiences like this," she captioned a post of herself swimming with sharks. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
Luisinha is a hiker. She spent a lot of time on a recent trip going on "2am hikes and hitting "cool spots sunrises and sunsets." According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Luisinha is also a yogi. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Finally, Luisinha hydrates. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
